Volunteer Shift Reminder – Friday, October 13

Thank you for volunteering for the Michelob Ultra Rock ‘n’ Roll St. Louis Half Marathon!  We are excited for you to join the team at this year’s event.

We still need volunteers throughout race weekend.  Please invite family and friends to join you!

PLEASE NOTE: If you have signed up for multiple shifts, you will receive an email reminder for each shift.

ASSIGNMENT:        
Health & Fitness Expo Setup

DATE:   
Friday, October 13

TIME:       
9:00am – 11:00am

LOCATION:     
America’s Center Convention Complex, Hall 5 (701 Convention Plaza)

REFRESHMENTS:  
Bottled water and light snacks will be provided for all volunteers. You are welcome to bring your own breakfast and/or snacks as well. Please hydrate and eat a substantial meal prior to your shift.

DRESS:     
You will receive a Race Crew Dri-FIT Tee when you check in.  Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Temperatures can vary, and you may wish to bring a light jacket or a long-sleeve shirt to wear under your Race Crew Tee.

CHECKOUT:     
At the end of your shift, please visit Volunteer Check In for parking validation and verification for your volunteer hours, if needed. You are also welcome to attend the headliner concert featuring Fastball at the Finish Line Festival on Sunday!

Expo - Parking Information

Parking is free for volunteers and is located in the America’s Center parking garage. You must bring the parking pass with you as you will be required to present it in order to exit the garage free of charge. If you did not receive a parking pass in the mail, please click here to download and print one.You must take a ticket upon entry into the garage.  Please visit Volunteer Check In at the end of your shift to receive parking validation; you will need both tickets to exit the garage free of charge. Parking elsewhere will not be reimbursed.
